Amber joined Bannock Youth Foundation in 2013 as direct care staff at Bannock House, where she built a strong foundation in person-centered, trauma-informed care. She transitioned into case management in 2018, developing expertise in advocacy and service coordination, supported by her educational background in Sociology and Criminal Justice. In 2026, Amber became Business Operations Manager at the Family Resource Center, where she’s focused on strengthening services and supporting her team.
Amber is passionate about building meaningful connections with youth, families, and community partners. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, being outdoors, and sharing life’s small joys with her daughter.
