Aubrey began working in adolescent residential treatment as Direct Care Staff in 2022 and was promoted to Shift Supervisor in March 2025 and Direct Care Supervisor in May 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Idaho State University and brings approximately four years of experience working directly with adolescents in a structured residential environment.
She’s completed extensive training in trauma-informed care, crisis prevention, suicide prevention, substance use education, and behavior management, and is CPR/First Aid certified and a Food Safety Manager. As both a supervisor and a parent, Aubrey is committed to evidence-based practices that emphasize safety, consistency, and treating every resident with respect and dignity.
