Colleen has been with Bannock Youth Foundation since 2006, bringing long-term commitment and leadership to the program. She oversees daily shelter operations, supervising staff and ensuring a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment for the youth BYF serves.
Her longevity in this work reflects her dedication to building trust, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a supportive team culture. Colleen is committed to creating stable, respectful spaces where individuals can access support, rebuild, and move forward with dignity.
