Jessica is a Licensed Social Worker and Program Director of Bannock House. She began her career there in 2014 as direct care staff and later advanced into case management, giving her firsthand experience with the challenges and needs within Qualified Residential Treatment Programs (QRTPs). She brings a trauma-informed, youth-centered approach to residential care and is committed to creating safe, structured, supportive environments where youth with complex behavioral and mental health needs can grow and succeed.
Her “why” is seeing young people grow, gain confidence, and experience new opportunities they may never have had before. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her dogs, caring for her plants, and being outdoors whenever she can.
