Jordyn joined Bannock House in April 2026 as Case Manager. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and is dedicated to helping youth access the support, resources, and guidance needed to move forward successfully. In her role, she works alongside youth, families, service providers, and community partners to coordinate care and support each individual’s unique path.
Jordyn is driven by a genuine desire to help others overcome obstacles and recognize their own capabilities. What motivates her most is witnessing personal growth — whether it’s a young person building self-confidence or reaching a milestone that once felt out of reach. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, camping, and fishing.
