Leslie Foltz has dedicated 34 years to the Bannock Youth Foundation, serving in a variety of roles and leadership positions throughout her career. Her passion for helping youth and families, combined with her strong connection to the community, has made her a respected leader and advocate in Southeast Idaho.
Leslie’s areas of expertise include child welfare, program administration, community collaboration, and nonprofit leadership. She began her journey with BYF as a social work intern and quickly found a lifelong connection to the organization’s mission, and she’s deeply passionate about supporting youth and families who have experienced trauma and difficult life circumstances. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys camping, hiking, cycling, crafting, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Tom — and treasures time with her adult children.
