Norma joined Bannock Youth Foundation in 2011 as a Classroom Facilitator and became Baby Steps Coordinator and Nurturing Parenting Program Facilitator in 2012. She brings long-term commitment and leadership to BYF, and is dedicated to making sure the families she works with — and their children — have what they need to thrive.
Norma enjoys interacting with families and being a resource for them in times of need, and is committed to keeping both families and staff safe. Outside of work, her hobbies are reading, shopping, and traveling, and she’s a mom to three daughters, with three granddaughters and one great-granddaughter.
